The Fear of Future

The Fear of Future

The fear of the future,
scary enough that it can even lead you to question your own methods.
all your beliefs, all your confidence
all that gets locked somewhere in you
and it seems that it was all waste.

All that is left, is the fear.
where is this path leading me?
will I be able to make my own living?
will I be able to earn at all?
will I meet my parents' expectations?

all these questions are paralyzing.
they don't kill you, but worse,
they kill your risk-taking capability.
they kill your confidence.
they kill your belief system.

and being in this phase, and all of a sudden,
you start doubting yourself,
from being an alpha, you go on to become an average.
and you feel how the heck did I get here.
when you know that your place is there,
high above.

but it's never too late,
there is nothing that a person with a purpose cannot accomplish!
once you have tasted the air high above,
soon or later all that is going to come back to you!
and at that moment all you have to do is to trust,
trust in yourself, let go of all those fears and expectations.

just have faith in yourself that whatever
i am doing is going to give me a sense of satisfaction!
this is going to make me feel alive,
soon or later you will find a way to get paid,
doing what you love to do.
soon or later you will find people who respect you
for standing up for yourself!

but you have to have faith in yourself,
not in any gods, and not that your parents have in you,
but you’ve got to have a faith in yourself.
have faith in your guts,
believe that everything down the road will turn out to be okay!
and you know what, it will be okay tomorrow, why?
coz you’re happy today!

recently I’ve discovered,
you cannot rise above average unless you let go of the future!
because this is what we’ve been taught,
at schools, at home, everywhere!
so if you really want to rise above that average barrier
you’ve got to let go of all the expectations!

just make sure when you will go back to sleep tonight,
you have that sense of satisfaction
that even if it was your last night, you have no regrets.

and yes that is the goal, live life with no regrets!
NO REGRETS!
do what you do with enough confidence that,
even if you leave your job tomorrow, you have no regrets!
so what I left my job, just wait and watch.
you have no idea what is coming next,
and that is what I wish for myself, and also for you!
